OTEL Collector Add-on

Edge OpenTelemetry collector for ServiceRadar. Accepts OTLP traces, logs, and metrics on local gRPC/HTTP listeners. The default required install spools them durably on disk and relays them to the supervising agent over the acked otlp-relay:v1 stream; sites with a local NATS leaf can explicitly switch to direct JetStream leaf publishing.

Trust signal

This add-on ships as a signed OCI artifact. Each per-architecture bundle is signed with ed25519 against the ServiceRadar agent release trust root and verified by the agent before activation.

Signed OCI bundle

Pull the signed bundle from the ServiceRadar registry, then assign it to an agent from the control plane.
