Streams Proxmox PVE, VM, and LXC console sessions through the ServiceRadar console bridge

Installation

Pull the signed `registry.carverauto.dev/serviceradar/wasm-plugin-proxmox-console:v1.4.0` bundle from the ServiceRadar registry, then assign it to an agent from the control plane.
